Free Silver Sneakers Classic Class held at Yuma Family YMCA Beginning Wednesday April 10th, 2018 from 1-2 pm. Event Sponsored by Aponi Home Care Team. This class runs for 3 months at a time and is open to Seniors aged 60 and above for no charge. Contact the Helping Hands office to get more details and register for the class.
