Services include:

• Transportation for vital appointments including medical, dental, vision, therapy, prescription pick-up, banking, post office and legal matters.
• Grocery Shopping service provides grocery shopping for clients unable to shop for themselves or by themselves.
• Advocacy & Community Resource information for services & support provided to Seniors and their families in the Yuma Community & Nationally.
• Social Opportunities including friendly phone calls, notes of encouragement, and various social events throughout the year.
• Hydration Station bottled water, hydration drinks and nutritional drinks available at no cost to any Senior in need.
• Personal Hygiene Supplies adult briefs, bed pads, and wipes, available at no cost to any Senior in need.
  
• Notary that can assist you by appointment, at no charge.
• Community Education workshops on Senior related topics
  

Elderly need our support and Helping Hands desires to make sure that this support continues for each and every one who is in need. There is no other organization in Yuma County that currently provides the free services to the elderly and disabled as Helping Hands does.
